JUST VERIFIED THE GHOST SEEGER STORY!  TONIGHT, WE'LL BE SHOWING THE HOUSE TO A PRIVATE BIRTHDAY GROUP.

I HOPE GHOST SEEGER IS AS ACTIVE TONIGHT AS HE WAS LAST NIGHT!

(Mr. Seeger's wife died during the Civil War in a tragic accident.  He was so devastated, he never re-married and never entered her room.  The rumors about the dust and condition of the room swirled around town.  Mr. Seeger occupied himself by teaching local children piano lessons.  One day, a curious student entered the room to find ........... what?  We're working on the Spring schedule - be thinking about getting a group together for a private ghost tour!)
