Meet Mike ..... Mike Scott ...... Mr. Mike to Stosh ....... Mr. Scott to his mailman.    He's runs the Starbucks at 100 Nassau Street!  

Here's a pic of Mike finding out if walking tours go out rain or shine - Why does he care?  Yesterday, PTC Architectural Tour customers were SO EXCITED but were worried we'd cancel due to weather ..... Mike overheard them talking and simply ran over to find out!  (Now THAT'S a a dude commited to customer service!)

Us?  Cancel a tour?   Please.  We're running this tour company like we gotta make rent!   

(Customers can always opt to cancel due to weather but most out of towners really want to see the town.  We have umbrellas for shade or the occasional drizzle so you know you're always covered!)
