Do you provide the motorcoach?
No, we offer the tour guides and assistants.
I'm so ready to book this! How do I get started?
Just send an email to email@example.com requesting the tour type and date. We'll send you an immediate response and then get the contract and deposits started.
Okay, how far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least two weeks but we usually can accommodate all groups. Just send us your information and we'll get back to you quickly!
What's your cancellation policy?
It's all in the contract, but here's specifics for cancellations:
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to Tour Vendor from Tour Group upon contract and full balance is due no later than the day of event upon arrival. Tour Group may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason or for no reason. In the event of a cancellation by Tour Group, Tour Group’s deposit will be refunded in full as long as Tour Group cancels at least 7 days before event date for non-weather related reasons. Any cancellation by Tour Group less than 7 days before the event date for non-weather related reasons (other than as a result of a breach of this agreement by Tour Vendor) will result in a forfeit of Tour Group’s deposit. Any cancellation by either party for weather reasons will result in a full refund of Tour Group’s deposit.
WEATHER POLICY: Upon contract, Tour Vendor will provide Tour Group a rain cut off time no more than 24 hours before Tour Group’s scheduled event. As long as Tour Group contacts Tour Vendor prior to the cut off time, Tour Vendor will reschedule Tour Group’s event at the convenience of the Tour Group. Tour Vendor is not responsible for weather or poor turnouts after the rain cut off time passes.
